Late cancellations and non attendance without prior notification

Please note that cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged at 100 percent of the appointment fee.

*Pitch side and medical event bookings are also subject to a 100 percent fee if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Yes! If you are attending an appointment at the University of Portsmouth Ravelin Centre, you can claim up to 90 minutes of free parking for an appointment with SCRx. Please see the front desk after your appointment for a ticket which needs to be scanned on the ticket machine located in the car park.

There is also free customer parking at Fareham Leisure centre.

Yes, if you wish a chaperone to be present during your physiotherapy appointment please let us know prior to your appointment so we can arrange this for you. Alternatively, if you wish to be seen by a female physiotherapist we can also arrange this for you with prior notice.
