Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment
Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment
Expert assessment and treatment for a wide range of conditions affecting your muscles, joints, nerves and movement.
It all starts with a comprehensive assessment
Our treatment pathway begins with a comprehensive initial assessment, which is among the longest offered on the South Coast. This extended time allows our clinicians to perform a detailed and accurate evaluation using the latest evidence-based assessment techniques.
These include a combination of special MSK tests, mobility screening, muscle strength profiling, and functional capacity testing. This in-depth approach ensures we identify the true cause of your symptoms and have clear, measurable baselines to track your progress over time.
Putting you at the centre of your care
Following your assessment, your physiotherapist will take the time to explain the findings and provide a clear diagnosis. Together, you’ll discuss the most appropriate treatment options based on your goals, lifestyle, and the nature of your condition. We believe in shared decision-making, so your treatment plan will be tailored to you — with a focus on what will deliver the best outcomes and long-term results.
After the appointment
Following your appointment, you’ll be given clear options on how you’d like to proceed with your care. Whether you prefer a one-off session, a follow-up appointment, or wish to choose from one of our discounted treatment packages, the choice is yours.
All clients receive a personalised rehabilitation programme, delivered through our interactive app for easy access anytime, anywhere. You’ll also receive a follow-up email summarising your appointment and outlining your bespoke roadmap to recovery.
To ensure you feel supported throughout your journey, ongoing advice and guidance from your physiotherapist is available via email whenever you need it.
