Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment

Physiotherapy Assessment and Treatment

Expert assessment and treatment for sports-related injuries and performance-limiting issues affecting your muscles, joints, nerves, and mobility. Whether you’re recovering from injury or aiming to optimise how you move, our tailored approach helps you return stronger, faster, and more resilient.

It all starts with a comprehensive assessment

Our Performance and Sports Injury pathway starts with a comprehensive initial assessment — the kind of in-depth evaluation usually reserved for high-performance and elite sport environments. This extended session gives our clinicians the time to carry out a detailed, sport-specific assessment using the latest evidence-based techniques.

Your assessment may include advanced movement screening, sport-specific mobility tests, muscle strength profiling, and functional capacity testing. This performance-led approach allows us to identify the root cause of any injury, movement inefficiencies, or performance barriers — and sets clear, measurable baselines to track your progress throughout rehab and beyond.

Putting You at the Centre of Your Treatment Plan

After your assessment, your physiotherapist will break down the findings and provide a clear, actionable diagnosis. You’ll work together to decide on the most effective treatment approach — one that aligns with your performance goals, training demands, and injury history.

We believe in collaborative decision-making, so your rehab plan will be fully tailored to you. Whether you’re aiming to return to sport, push new performance benchmarks, or build long-term physical resilience, everything we do is designed to help you get there.

After the appointment

Following your appointment, you’ll be given clear options on how you’d like to proceed with your care. Whether you prefer a one-off session, a follow-up appointment, or wish to choose from one of our discounted treatment packages, the choice is yours.

All clients receive a personalised rehabilitation programme, delivered through our interactive app for easy access anytime, anywhere. You’ll also receive a follow-up email summarising your appointment and outlining your bespoke roadmap to recovery.

To ensure you feel supported throughout your journey, ongoing advice and guidance from your physiotherapist is available via email whenever you need it.
