Contract: Pitch-side First Aid
South Coast Rx is looking for reliable, confident individuals to join our team and help deliver expert, on-the-ground care for athletes across a wide range of sports. This role involves providing pitchside first aid cover at university and community sports events throughout the South Coast.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering immediate care for sports injuries, conducting concussion checks and triage, and working closely with physiotherapists and coaches to support safe return-to-play decisions.
- We’re looking for individuals with a valid First Aid or Sports Trauma qualification (such as FA Level 2, RFU ICIS, or equivalent), experience in a sporting environment, and strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure. Availability for weekend or evening work is essential.
- You must be able to travel to different venues across the region, and access to your own transport is preferred.
- This is a great opportunity for a physiotherapist or sports therapist looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced sporting environment.
