Before Your Appointment

Pre-Assessment Form

Upon booking, you’ll receive a pre-assessment form via email. Completing this form in advance allows your clinician to understand your concerns and tailor the session to your needs.

What to Wear

Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for movement. For assessments involving specific areas (e.g., shoulder, knee), attire that allows easy access to the affected region is recommended.

Chaperone Policy

At South Coast Rx Physiotherapy, we are committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients. If you would like a chaperone present during your appointment, please inform us at the time of booking or notify your clinician upon arrival. We will be happy to accommodate your request.

Parking Information

  • Portsmouth Clinic (Ravelin Sports Centre): Clients are entitled to 90 minutes of free parking in the underground car park. Please obtain a ticket from reception upon arrival to claim this benefit.
  • Fareham Clinic: Free parking is available on-site.

You’ll be enrolled in our interactive exercise prescription app, granting access to customised exercises complete with sets, reps, and demonstration videos.

Summary Email

A detailed summary of your appointment, including key findings and next steps, will be emailed to you for your reference.

Ongoing Support

Your clinician remains available via email for any follow-up questions or additional guidance between sessions.
